No. Workshops are designed to teach fundamentals and give you a direct experience of Qi in your hands and body.
Workshops will build on each other as I’ll continue to introduce new and more advanced concepts, but will remain accessible to beginners as well.
Expect guided Qigong practice, foundational instruction, and often a live energy healing demonstration so you can learn through direct experience.
